Director change

The Board of Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that Chairman, Adrian Martin, has informed the Board of his intention to step down by the year end. Having seen progress made in reshaping the business over the last two years, Adrian believes that now is the right time to seek a successor as Chairman. A search for a new Chairman is underway, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
