Board changes

Further to the announcement on 10 January 2013 regarding the appointment of Steve Crummett as Finance Director, Morgan Sindall Group plc (the "Group") confirms that, as planned, Steve will be joining the Board of the Group (the "Board") with effect from today.  David Mulligan is stepping down from the Board as of today and will be leaving the Group on 10 April 2013.
