Bonus Deferral Share Matching Plan ("BDSMP") - vesting of 2011 Deferred Awards

Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that it received notification on 24 March 2014 that transactions by directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company, listed in the table below, took place following the vesting and release of awards granted in 2011 under the BDSMP.

Deferred Awards vested on 23 March 2014 and shares were released and sold on 24 March 2014.

There was no corresponding release of shares under the Matching Award as the performance condition attached to the Matching Award was not met and the Matching Award therefore lapsed.
