Notification of Transaction of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that it received notification on 1 September 2015 that a transaction by Kevin Dangerfield, a Director of the Company, took place following the vesting and release of Deferred Awards granted in 2012 under the Bonus Deferral Share Matching Plan (BDSMP) representing deferral of bonus into a notional award over shares.

Deferred Awards vested on 21 March 2015 and shares were transferred and sold on 1 September 2015. There was no corresponding release of shares under the 2012 BDSMP Matching Award as the performance condition attached to the matching element was not met and the 2012 BDSMP Matching Award therefore lapsed.
