Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces the completion of bank refinancing

Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that it has entered into a new banking financing agreement, which replaces its existing facility, which was due to mature in October 2019. 

The new £200million syndicated revolving credit facility has a maturity of five years to September 2023, with two additional one year extension options at the banks' discretion, and has been secured on terms substantially equivalent to the existing facility.

This refinancing further extends the maturity of the group's outstanding indebtedness.
