The Board of Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that Victoire de Margerie is stepping down from its Board on 4 February 2016, as her other commitments have grown.

Victoire de Margerie leaves after four years on the Board and on the Group's Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Andrew Shilston, Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Victoire de Margerie for her significant contribution to Morgan Advanced Materials over the last four years and we wish her every success in the future."
