Dear Sir,
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) in the matter of issuance of GDR by Morepen Laboratories Limited (‘the Company’), in its adjudication orders dated May 20, 2021 and May 31, 2021, inter-alia , disposed of the adjudication proceeding, against Mr. Sushil Suri, Mr. Manoj Joshi, Dr. P. S. Pritam and Mr. Deepak Gupta, Directors of the company as alleged violation of provisions of SEBI Laws/ Regulations were not established.
The adjudication proceedings in respect to Dr. P. S. Pritam, were abated due to his sad demise.
The company in its communication dated April 25, 2021, had informed that in the aforesaid matter company, Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (‘SAT’) vide its order passed on April 15, 2021, has quashed and set aside the SEBI order dated September 24, 2019 against the company.
