Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., April 28, 2025 (commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.10 p.m.), has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in a Free Zone at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The incorporation of the subsidiary is intended to enhance the Company's presence and business operations in the international market.
The necessary disclosures pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31[st] December 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure.
