This is to inform you that pursuant to the fresh issue of equity shares by Morepen Medipath Limited (formerly known as Morepen Medtech Limited ) ("MML"), a subsidiary, the company received an offer to subscribe to the equity shares.
The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today, June 30, 2025, has, inter alia , approved the subscription of 2,00,000 (Two Lakh) equity shares under the aforesaid issue. As a result of this transaction, the company’s shareholding in MML has been reduced from 80% to 60%.
The details, as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is given under as Annexure.
