In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended , we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 30[th] March, 2022 (commenced at 06:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M.), inter-alia , approved the allotment of 2,80,00,000 (Two Crore Eighty Lakh) Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each/-, to the following entities belonging to the promoter group of the Company (‘Allottees’), arising out of conversion of 2,80,00,000 (Two Crore Eighty Lakh) Fully Convertible Warrants (‘Warrants’) of Rs. 25/- each (Rupees Twenty-Five only) (on receipt of Rs. 18.75/- per Warrant - being 75% of the balance Warrant issue price), which were issued pursuant to the shareholders’ approval dated November 05, 2020 and allotted in the Board Meeting dated March 25, 2021, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018:
