Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Morepen Laboratories Limited (“Company”) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, inter-alia , to consider and approve proposals for raising of funds, through one or more modes including further public offer/ right issue/ preferential issue of equity shares/ warrants/ fully or partly convertible instruments to public, investors, indian or foreign institution(s), body corporate including overseas corporate body(ies), NRI, foreign portfolio investor(s), promoters, promoter group and/or other entities, subject to such regulatory, statutory/ other approvals, as may be required.
Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report of Trading by Insiders, trading window is already closed. The Designated Persons shall not trade in Company's shares/ securities.
