Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that a meeting ofthe Board of Directors ofMorepen Laboratories Limited ("Company") is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019, inter-alia, to consider and approve a proposal for raising of funds, through one or more modes including further public offer/ right issue/ preferenti'al issue of equity shares/ warrants/ fully or partly convertible instruments to public, investors, including institutions, promoters, promoter group and/or ~ther e~ ities , subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required including approval of the members of the Company.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board oflndia (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of t11e Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors) from Monday, September 16, 2019 and shall remain closed up to Saturday, September 21, 2019 (both days inclusive).
