1. Consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Further, in continuation to our earlier letter dated March 27, 2025, regarding closure of trading window in terms of the company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders’, we hereby inform that the trading window shall continue to remain closed till Wednesday, May 14, 2025 (inclusive) for all the Designated Persons of the company.
