Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have today ( i.e., 31[st] March 2024) approved the appointment of Mr. Nishant Jayesh Doshi as Vice President - Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, Senior Management Personnel, of the Company with effect from 25[th] April 2024.
The necessary details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30 read with Sub-Para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July 2023, are provided in ‘Annexure’ to this letter.
