Reference is invited to our disclosure dated 14[th] August 2023 and henceforth execution of ‘Business Transfer Agreement’ for transfer of Formulation Distribution & Marketing Business into Morepen Rx Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary (‘WoS’), through slump sale.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Varun Suri, Senior Management Personnel of the company, has taken over the responsibilities of Morepen Rx Limited, WoS, and ceases to be on the payrolls of Morepen Laboratories Limited (‘the company’).
Mr. Varun Suri was designated as ‘Senior Management Personnel’ pursuant to provisions of SEBI circular no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/117 dated 17[th] January, 2023 and Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The necessary details as per sub-para 7 (C) of Para A Part A of Schedule III SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July 2023 is enclosed herewith.
