Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 29 of . the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019.
Further, in compliance of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 ('PIT Regulations') and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/ Securities, the trading window shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 3 pt December, 2019.
