I. Re-appointment of Dr. Arun Kumar Sinha as Whole-time Director of the Company designated as "Director-Technical" with effect from April1, 2019 for a further period of five years on the expiry of his current term of office, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting.
- Code of Practices and Procedures and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information g2b (Revised Code) in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
The Revised Code is effective from April 01, 2019 and shall be made available on the Company's website at www.morepen.com
