Moreld ASA: Key information relating to cash dividend

Stavanger, 14 August 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange

announcements by Moreld ASA ("Moreld") earlier today regarding the publishing

of the financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2025 and the

board of directors' resolution to distribute dividends. As set out therein,

the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of

NOK 0.42 per share, in total approximately NOK 75 million, for Q3 2025.

The dates relevant for the dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.42 per share

Announced currency: NOK

Last day including right: 17 November 2025

Ex-date: 18 November 2025

Record date: 19 November 2025

Payment date: On or about 26 November 2025

Date of approval: 14 November 2025

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid-in capital, except for

shareholders where it is documented that the paid-in capital is lower than the

distribution, in which case the distribution will be treated as ordinary

dividend.
