Moreld AS: Minutes from Annual General Meeting

Please find attached the minutes from the annual general meeting of Moreld AS ("Moreld" or the "Company") held today, 20 May 2025.

All resolutions were approved as proposed by the board of directors, including inter alia the resolutions to distribute a cash dividend of 0.42 per share for the second quarter of 2025, the election of members to the board of directors and the conversion of the Company into a public limited liability company (ASA). Subject to the satisfaction of applicable listing criteria, the change of the Company's listing venue from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo Børs is expected to take place in June 2025.
