Notice of Annual General Meeting and proposed change of name

More Acquisitions Plc (LSE: TMOR), is pleased to give notice that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 3 May 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Edwin Coe LLP, Lincolns Inn, 2 Stone Buildings, London WC2A 3TH.

Copies of the Notice of AGM, together with the Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available to view on the Company's website www.moreacquisitions.co.uk .

The Notice of AGM contains a resolution for the proposed change of the Company's name to Pristine Capital Plc. A further update on the proposed change of name will be provided following the conclusion of the AGM.
