We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, through video conferencing (“VC”), to consider inter alia the following:

1. To consider, take on record & approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter (Q3) & nine months ended December 31, 2020;

2. To consider any other matter which the Board deems fit.

The Trading Window for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Fair Disclosure for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company has already been closed, for dealing in shares of the Company from December 31, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company, which had been already Intimated to the Stock Exchange, vide our letter (Ref: MFL/2020-21/075) dated December 30, 2020 for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
