We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 21, 2021, through video conferencing (“VC”), to consider inter alia the following:

1. To consider, take on record & approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2021;

2. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting to be convened through VC and Book closure;

3. The Board to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company;

4. To consider any other matter which the Board deems fit.

The Trading Window for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Fair Disclosure for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company has already been closed, for dealing in shares of the Company from March 31, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company, which had been already Intimated to the Stock Exchange, vide our letter (Ref: MFL/2020-21/098) dated March 30, 2021 for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
