Block listing application

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,210,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List upon issuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

These shares have been reserved under a block listing and will be issued on exercise of options granted under the Group's pre-IPO Legacy Award plan, Save as You Earn Plan, Deferred Share Bonus Plan and Long-Term Incentive Plan.

The expected admission of the shares will be 8am on 22 June 2023.
