Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 2, 2008 Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has acquired the stock of CSA Engineering Inc. (CSA) for $14.8 million, including $12.8 million in cash and a $2 million note. CSA is a manufacturer of vibration suppression, precision motion control and dynamic testing structures. CSA specialized applications include satellite payload isolation systems, ground based test systems for space and missile hardware, tuned mass dampers for vibration control and a jitter reduction control system for the Airborne Laser Optical Bench.
