Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 3, 2007, Moog Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has acquired Thermal Control Products Inc. Thermal Control Products Inc. specializes in the design, prototype and manufacture of electronic cooling and air moving systems for the automotive, telecommunications, medical, server and electronic storage markets. Their blower assembly products are used in a variety of medical and industrial equipment.
