F1: On December 19, 2022, 165 shares of Class A common stock with a value of $14,081.93 were withdrawn from a grantor retained annuity trust, of which the reporting person is the trustee, and distributed to a living trust, of which the reporting person's spouse is the trustee. The withdrawal and distribution of shares from the grantor retained annuity trust resulted in a decrease in the number of shares it owned and a corresponding increase in the number of shares the owned by a living trust of which the reporting person's spouse is the trustee. The reporting person believes that this withdrawal and distribution of shares from the grantor retained annuity trust constitutes a change in form of beneficial ownership of the shares, exempted by Rule 16a-13 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
