Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

Moog Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that Warren Johnson will retire from his position with the Company effective July 31, 2015. Mr. Johnson currently serves as Vice President for the Company and President of the Aircraft Group, a positon he has held since 2007. Mr. Johnson was first elected an officer of the Company in 2000 when he was Vice President and General Manager of the Aircraft Group. Mr. Johnson’s career at Moog began in 1983.
