Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Moog Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that Robert T. Brady has notified the Company that he is retiring effective January 31, 2014. Mr. Brady's career at Moog began in 1966 and he served as Chief Executive Officer for over twenty years. Most recently he served as Executive Chairman and prior to that was Chairman of the Board.
