Postponement of the disclosure of the 2018 annual results

In compliance with Article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code and paragraph a) of Rule number 1 of CMVM Instruction No. 1/2010, Sociedade Comercial Orey Antunes SA informs that it was not possible to conclude the preparation of the annual report and accounts for the year 2018 within the deadline provided in Article 245 of the Portuguese Securities Code for the disclosure of the annual report and accounts. Sociedade Comercial Orey Antunes SA aims at disclosing the abovementioned documents in the next month of May.
