Postponement of the disclosure of the 2018 annual results and disclosure of quarterly accounts

In compliance with Article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code and paragraph a) of Rule number 1 of CMVM Instruction No. 1/2010, Sociedade Comercial Orey Antunes SA informs that it was not possible to conclude the preparation of the annual report and accounts for the year 2018. has previously announced. Sociedade Comercial Orey Antunes SA anticipates the disclosing of the abovementioned documents up to 31 July.

In addition, considering the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 246-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, the Company is not subject to the obligation to disclose quarterly financial information.
