In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 November 2025, the total number of Ordinary shares of 2p each ('shares') of the Company in issue is 167,379,790, of which 50,753,903 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights is 116,625,887.
