Issue of Equity

On 02 August 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 17,438,260 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 10,000 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 02 August 2021 at a price of 2005p per share.
