Change of Auditor

The Company announces that, following a formal tender process, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") as auditors to the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2022. 

The appointment of PwC will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2021. Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") will continue in its role as external auditor to the Company for the current year ending 31 March 2021.
