On July 29, 2020, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended June 27, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events

The Company announced today that it has completed the rollout of its collaboration with Amazon.com to provide tire installation services at all of its 1,247 retail tire and automotive service locations across 32 states. Further details are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
