Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 25, 2018, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter-ended September 29, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events

The Company also announced that it had signed definitive agreements to acquire five retail locations in Ohio and 13 retail locations in the Southeast. Both acquisitions fill-in existing markets. Further details of these acquisitions are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
