We would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10(1) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and as per Regulations 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 01[st] September, 2023 to Thursday, 07[th] September, 2023 (both days inclusive) and the Company has fixed Thursday, 31[st] August, 2023 as the “cut-off” date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 47[th] AGM or to attend the AGM.
