On September 13, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the third quarter cash dividend of $0.30 per share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 28, 2018. The dividend will be paid to stockholders on October 12, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
