On 29 June 2022, the Company purchased 193,000 ordinary shares at a price of 943.667p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 224,129,587 ordinary shares of 5p each will remain in issue.  The Monks Investment Trust PLC will hold 12,324,272 ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (224,129,587) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, The Monks Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
