Resignation of Director

The Board of The Monks Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces the resignation of Dr Dina Chaya as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 31 January 2025. Dina is stepping down as a consequence of additional time commitments arising from her executive role.  

The Chairman of Monks, Karl Sternberg, said: "The Board would like to thank Dina for her contribution during her service to the Company. Dina's background in private equity and venture capital across the healthcare sector has provided a valuable perspective for both the Board and Manager. Whilst we are sorry she is leaving the Board, we wish her well in the future."
