Appointment of Director
The Board of The Monks Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Curling as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 October 2025.
Mr Curling is a highly experienced investment trust Director and fund manager, who has specialised in investment companies for over 10 years. He is currently the Chair of Montanaro European Smaller Companies Investment Trust and a non-executive Director of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc.
The appointment of Mr Curling is subject to ratification by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2026 .
As at 28 April 2025 Mr Curling had a beneficial interest in 12,661 shares in the Company.
There is no further information required to be disclosed under UKLR 6.4.8.
