PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION

On 3 April 2017, the LTIP awards made on 3 April 2014 under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC LTIP vested following partial achievement of the performance criteria, with 121% of the LTIP awards vesting for nil consideration. Details of the number of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") received by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and subsequent sales or transfers are set out below. The LTIP rules require that sufficient Shares are sold to discharge the tax liability on the Shares vested.
