Director Declarations

Following the announcements made by the Company in connection with the appointment of Matthew Price as Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of Bruce Carnegie-Brown as Chairman of the Company, and in accordance with LR9.6.11, the Company announces that:

·      Bruce Carnegie-Brown will step down as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from his appointment as Chairman of the Company on 23 April 2014;

·      Bruce Carnegie-Brown will become Chair of the Nomination Committee with effect from his appointment as Chairman of the Company on 23 April 2014;

·      Sally James has been appointed Chair of the newly formed Risk Committee of the Board;

·      Matthew Price will be appointed an Executive Director of the Company and will become Chief Financial Officer on 1 April 2014;

·      Paul Doughty will step down as an Executive Director of the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 23 April 2014
