Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 9 May 2019 at The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa, Warrington Road, Hoole, Chester CH2 3PD.

In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders today:

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting
