MONETA Money Bank announces that the General Meeting approved the proposal of the Management Board for the distribution of an extraordinary dividend

The General Meeting of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. ("Bank") held on 14 November 2025 approved the Management Board's proposal for the distribution of the extraordinary dividend in the amount of CZK 4 per share, or CZK 2,044,000,000 in total. The dividend will be distributed form the Bank's retained earnings.

The record date for the shareholder's right to receive the dividend is 21 November 2025. Only shareholders listed in an extract from the registry of book-entry shares of the Bank (ISIN: CZ0008040318) maintained by the Czech Central Securities Depository ("CSD Registry") as at the stated record date will be entitled to receive the dividend.

The dividend will be due on 16 December 2025 and will be paid in Czech crowns through Komerční banka, a.s. as paying agent, to shareholder's bank account listed in the CSD Registry.
