The Management Board of MONETA Money Bank will propose the distribution of an extraordinary dividend

MONETA Money Bank ("the Bank") announces that the Management Board will propose for the shareholders' approval the distribution of an extraordinary dividend in the amount of CZK 4 per share, which corresponds to CZK 2 billion in total.

Shareholders will vote on the proposal at the General Meeting, which will be held on 14 November 2025. All information regarding the General Meeting will be published on the website https://investors.moneta.cz/ general-meeting.

The proposal to distribute the dividend is based on the Bank's long-term solid capital position. As at 30 June 2025, the Bank reported Tier 1 excess capital of CZK 4.3 billion on a consolidated basis.

If approved by the shareholders, the proposed dividend will be distributed from the retained earnings.
