19 febbraio 2018 – Facendo seguito al comunicato del 15 febbraio 2018, Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che sono state emesse n. 182.701 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data di oggi. In particolare, tali nuove azioni sono state emesse a seguito della ricezione di una richieste di conversione da parte di Atlas Special Opportunities in data 15 febbraio 2018 per quattro dei bond emessi in data 5 febbraio 2018 nell'ambito della quarta tranche (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
L'attestazione dell'avvenuta (parziale) esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a servizio della conversione dei predetti bond sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma nei termini e modalità di legge.
In conseguenza di quanto sopra, il capitale sociale risulterà essere pari a Euro 15.399.127 suddiviso in 30.798.254 azioni ordinarie.
Si rammenta che residuano 8 Bond da convertire in base alla quarta tranche.

19 February 2018 – Following to the press release dated last 15 February 2018, Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that 182,701 ordinary shares for Euros 0.50 nominal value have been issued. The new shares have the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date hereof. More in detail, the new shares have been issued upon receipt by Mondo TV of one conversion notice from Atlas Special Opportunities on 15 February 2018 for four of the bonds issued on 5 February 2018 within the fourth tranche (see the press release issued on the same date).
The filing with the Company' Register in Rome of the relevant (partial) capital increase declaration will be performed in accordance with the modalities and within the terms set forth by the law.
The company's capital will result to be Euros 15,399,127 made of 30,798,254 ordinary shares.
It is highlighted that 8 more bonds of the fourth tranche remain to be converted.
