9 dicembre 2016 – Facendo seguito al comunicato dello scorso 7 dicembre 2016, Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna sono state emesse n. 204.201 azioni ordinarie del valore nominale di euro 0,50 ciascuna, aventi godimento, diritti e caratteristiche pari a quelle in circolazione alla data di oggi. In particolare, tali nuove azioni sono state emesse in data odierna a seguito della ricezione in data 7 dicembre 2016 della richiesta di conversione da parte di Pelham Bay degli ultimi tre bond emessi in data 16 settembre 2016 nell'ambito della prima tranche (cfr. comunicato stampa in pari data).
L'attestazione dell'avvenuta (parziale) esecuzione dell'aumento di capitale sociale a servizio della conversione dei predetti bond sarà depositata presso il Registro delle Imprese di Roma nei termini e modalità di legge.
In conseguenza di quanto sopra, il capitale sociale risulterà essere pari a Euro 14.361.231,5 suddiviso in 28.722.463 azioni ordinarie.
Si rammenta infine che non residuano ulteriori Bond da convertire in base alla prima tranche (cfr. comunicato stampa del 16 settembre 2016).

9 December 2016 – Following to the press release dated last 7 December 2016, Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that today 204.201 ordinary shares for Euros 0.50 nominal value have been issued. The new shares have the same characteristics and rights of those already circulating at the date hereof. More in detail, the new shares have been issued today upon receipt last 7 December 2016 by Mondo TV of a conversion notice from Pelham Bay of the last three bonds issued on 16 September 2016 (see the press release issued on the same date).
The filing with the Company' Register in Rome of the relevant (partial) capital increase declaration will be performed in accordance with the modalities and within the terms set forth by the law.
The company's capital will result to be Euros 14.361.231,5 made of 28.722.463 ordinary shares.
It is highlighted that no additional bonds of the first tranche remain to be issued.
