28 ottobre 2015 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informa che, alla luce dei recenti sviluppi del business del gruppo come emersi dai comunicati degli ultimi mesi, è stato convocato per la mattina del 5 novembre 2015 il CdA della Mondo TV S.p.A. per l'approvazione del nuovo business plan quinquennale del gruppo 2016-2020.
Mondo TV, quotata al segmento Star di Borsa Italiana, ha sede a Roma ed è un Gruppo costituito da quattro società; il Gruppo è leader in Italia e tra i principali operatori Europei nella produzione e distribuzione di serie televisive e film d'animazione per la TV e il cinema, ed è attivo nei settori correlati (distribuzione audiovisiva e musicale, sfruttamento, media, editoria e merchandising). 28 October 2015 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informed that, considering the recent developments of the business of the group as emerging also from the press releases in the last months, the meeting of the Board of Directors has been called for the morning on 5 November 2015 for the approval of a new 5 years business plan 2016-2020 of the group.
