MONDO TV: Orlando Corradi, socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV, comunica di aver superato il 45% del capitale sociale mediante ulteriori acquisti di azioni negli ultimi giorni

Orlando Corradi dichiara "credo molto nello sviluppo del business del Gruppo Mondo TV e, anche alla luce della recente fissazione del target price da parte di Intermonte a 8 Euro, ritengo che il valore borsistico del titolo sia ancora significativamente al di sotto delle sue potenzialità"

26 novembre 2015 – Come emerge indirettamente dai filing model pubblicati in ossequio alla normativa vigente in materia di c.d. Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione della Mondo TV e socio di maggioranza della medesima, comunica di aver acquistato negli ultimi tre giorni 75.500 azioni della Mondo TV, ad un prezzo medio di circa Euro 5,81, per un investimento complessivo di poco meno di Euro 440.000 attestando la propria partecipazione complessiva a poco oltre il 45%.

Orlando Corradi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione e socio di maggioranza della Mondo TV S.p.A., ha dichiarato: "credo molto nello sviluppo del business del Gruppo Mondo TV e, anche alla luce della recente ricerca di Intermonte che ha fissato il target price a 8 Euro, credo che il valore borsistico del titolo sia ancora significativamente al di sotto delle sue potenzialità".

26 November 2015 – As it indirectly emerges from the filing models published pursuant to the applicable laws on Internal Dealing, Orlando Corradi, President of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder of Mondo TV, informed to have acquired in the last three days 75.500 shares of Mondo TV, at an average price of around Euros 5,81, for a total investment of little less than Euros 440.000, reaching a total stake of little more than 45%.
