MONDO TV: Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Mondo TV Iberoamérica, S.A., ha approvato il bilancio consolidato dell'esercizio 2019

Pubblicato stamattina il relativo comunicato stampa da parte della controllata attraverso i sistemi della Borsa di Madrid che riporta i seguenti risultati:

• Ricavi consolidati: Euro 2.414.689,79 (+80,57% rispetto al 2018)
• EBITDA consolidato: positivo per Euro 1.337.293,35 (negativo per circa Euro 217 migliaia nel 2018)
• Utile netto consolidato: positivo per Euro 107.162,53 (negativo per circa 5.570 migliaia nel 2018)

18 marzo 2020 – Mondo TV informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Mondo TV Iberoamérica, S.A., ha approvato nella serata di ieri il bilancio consolidato dell'esercizio 2019. La società controllata ha pubblicato questa mattina il relativo comunicato stampa che si riproduce qui di seguito in italiano e in inglese.

I ricavi consolidati si attestano a Euro 2.414.689,79 (+80,57% rispetto al 2018) mentre l'EBITDA consolidato ritorna ad essere positivo per Euro 1.337.293,35 (negativo per Euro 216.737,40 nel 2018) e l'utile netto consolidato per Euro 107.162,53 (negativo per Euro 5.568.045,87 nel 2018), evidenziando come i risultati del 2018 siano stati un'eccezione ormai superata.

Si ristabilisce l'equilibrio patrimoniale ritornando ad avere un patrimonio netto positivo per Euro 1.110.183,16 e, per la prima volta, il Gruppo chiude l'anno con il capitale circolante positivo per Euro 192.758,61. La posizione finanziaria netta migliora, scendendo dall'essere negativa per Euro 7.338.813,03 nel 2018 ad essere negativa per Euro 2.139.447,65 nel 2019.

I dati sopra esposti sono attualmente oggetto di revisione contabile.

MONDO TV: The Board of Directors of Mondo TV Iberoamérica, S.A. has approved the consolidated financial statements for the 2019 financial year

The related press release was published this morning by the subsidiary through the systems of the Madrid Stock Exchange and reported the following results:

• Consolidated revenues: Euros 2,414,689.79 (+80,57% compared to 2018)
• Consolidated EBITDA: positive for Euros 1,337,293.35 (negative for around Euros 217 thousands in 2018)
• Consolidated Net Profit: positive for Euros 107.162,53 (negative for around Euros 5,570 thousands in 2018)

18 March 2020 - Mondo TV informs that the Board of Directors of Mondo TV Iberoamérica, SA, yesterday evening approved the consolidated financial statements for 2019. The subsidiary company published this morning the related press release which is reproduced herein in Italian and English.

Consolidated revenues amounted to Euros 2,414,689.79 (+ 80.57% compared to 2018) while consolidated EBITDA returned to be positive for Euros 1,337,293.35 (negative for Euros 216,737.40 in 2018) and consolidated net profit was Euros 107,162.53 (negative results for Euros 5,568,045.87 in 2018), highlighting that the results in 2018 were just an exception which has been already overcome.

The asset and financial balance was restored through the returning to a positive net equity of Euros 1,110,183.16 and, for the first time, the Group closed the year with positive working capital for Euros 192,758.61. The net financial position improved from being negative for Euros 7,338,813.03 in 2018 to being negative for Euros 2,139,447.65 in 2019.

The above results are currently being audited.
